這次是大家反應極為熱烈的焦糖香蕉派食譜

看起來雖然挺複雜的其實材料簡單又不費時

真的很簡單希望你們會喜歡囉

PS順便附上簡單的英文解說:>

 

ingradients

#Ingredients

黑糖磚一塊       A Block Of Brown Sugar  

香蕉一半          A Half Of Banana 

起酥片一片       A Slice Of Puff Pastry   

蛋黃一顆          A Yolk

 

小叮嚀:  蛋黃是要塗在起酥片上面的,  可有可無

PS: Yolk Is Nonessential. You can choose if you wanna use it.

隔水加熱融化黑糖或是直接使用微波爐

Melt The Brown Sugar By Double-Boiling Or Microwave

 

小叮嚀:  如果黑糖太濃稠可以加一點水稀釋

PS:  Add a little water if the melted brown sugar is too thick

 

 

 

puff pastry

#Directions

將起酥片四個邊向內對折大概一公分, 並用叉子在上面壓出一條一條的紋路

Fold The Puff Pastry Like This Shape Then Press Some Lines On Each Side By Fork

 

小叮嚀1:  記得要把四個角壓緊,  烤出來才會好看

小叮嚀2:  這時候可以把蛋黃塗在四個邊邊上,  烤出來會是有色澤的金黃色哦!  不過這邊忘記了所以就忽略吧(非常隨便xd

PS: Now you can spread some yolk on its each side. it will become golden after baking. but here i forgot to use it lol 

 

 

 

bake for 6 minutes

#Directions

預熱烤箱一分鐘,  接著把摺好的起酥片放進去烤六分鐘大概變成這個形狀

Preheat The Oven For One Minute Then Put The Puff Pastry Into The Oven Baking For About Six Minutes Until Looking Like This Shape

 

小叮嚀:  這邊我是用一般烤箱烤的(就是只有分上下火跟時間的烤箱, 沒有溫控, 轉上下火哦), 所以沒有溫度xd 使用控溫烤箱的朋友們把溫度調在180度即可,  一般烤箱的朋友可能就要在一旁稍微注意一下不要烤焦了就好囉:>

PS:  I cant tell the degree cause i used the normal oven. if you use the thermostatic oven, baking it in the oven of 180 degree

趁著這六分鐘就先把香蕉切片囉

Slice The Banana While Baking The Puff Pastry

 

小叮嚀:  請小心使用刀子

PS:  Be careful with the knife

#Directions

把切片完的香蕉泡一泡融化過後的黑糖

Soak The Sliced Banana In The Melted Brown Sugar

 

 

 

bake again

#Directions

將烤完的起酥片中間壓碎之後放入浸泡過黑糖的香蕉

接著再放入烤箱烤十二分鐘

After Soaking, Put The Sliced Banana In The Middle Of The Puff Pastry.

Then Put It Into The Oven Again For About Twelve Minutes

 

小叮嚀:  想吃甜一點的人可以再淋上一點黑糖唷

PS:  You can add a little melted brown sugar in it if you want it to taste sweeter

Actually i found the directions on the internet and tried to make it by myself.

Why do i wanna share this recipe is because it's pretty easy to make on your own.

you dont need to prepare a professional oven or have a knacky skills.

like me, i got the fulfillment after finishing it. even though im just a beginner of cooking lol.
